In short, the students are providing project management for a hypothetical as yet unnamed "Multicultural Community Centre for the Elderly" to be built in Brampton using federal, provincial and municipal funding. The space is approximately 10,000m. The assignment focuses on Scope and Schedule and the production of a Communication Matrix for Stakeholders. Budget is not a part of this assignment.
