The environment or external factors which impact consumer behavior are extremely diverse. Develop a main response, in which you address the following:

• Using a product or service you are familiar with, share ideas about how a firm might "put its arms around" the environment, including new subcultures of consumers, various income levels etc., for the one you chose.
• Be sure to include the difficulties that are part of this challenge.
