3. Interaction Process: it is always important to read the room. It's a know how to effectively communicate with one another to solve a problem. Identify the problem then brainstorm ideas that could potentially solve whatever problem there may be. Apply the alternative to see if it is effective or not, then evaluate an outcome.

This also includes being impatient. It is important to always remind yourself to be patient and to also be just in being thoughtful of the other person. Is there a time as well.

11. Bias: it is important to leave all biases behind in an argument or collaboration, because that hinders any compromising and coming to an agreement mutually.

Personal Opinion: I believe that the psychological barrier is the most important, because as humans we can tend to be in our head a lot, and create false narratives that caused us to either panic, or to enter a state of distress or worry it is important for us to not fall through on my end and not be a product of stress while communicating with one another.
