Choose an ethical blunder or unethical incident at work or from the outside world of business, non-profits, healthcare, or government. A current occurrence in the national or global environment within 2 years might be used to extract the external immoral condition.

- Provide the facts of the case in a case study (Unethical Situation)

- Ethical Theory What ethical theory will serve as the analysis' framework? What ethical practice will serve as the analysis' framework?

- Analyze the ethical theory in respect to the unethical circumstance must provide an analysis.

- Conclusion: My Role as a Leader, should provide at least six sentences describing how they see the role of leader in this case study. What SHOULD the leader have done differently to get a different result? Provide Action Steps for the leader to do in order to start moving the situation/organization toward closing the gap. Include two or three Action Steps that will alter the trajectory - the present route - the current course of action - of unethical conduct and the institutions that may foster it.
