The Facts: An Arkansas state trooper responded to a 9-1-1 call regarding a road rage incident during which the driver of a sport utility vehicle (SUV) pulling a jet ski brandished a gun at the 9-1-1 caller. The officers found the SUV and arrested the drive, Justin Stegall, placing him in the back of the patrol vehicle. The officers began to inventory the contents of Stegall's vehicle before towing it.
