The Fancy Fish is a chain of fish and chip shops in Hong Kong. The company has more than 16 retail shops .The owner, Betty Ho is in the process of building The Fancy Fishs online presence so that the company can take orders from early morning (9am, until 2am). Using the site, old and new customers choose from a range of menus such exotic fish, varieties of spicy potato chip fries, and a good range of sauces. Beverages are also on the menu, so a standard set of coffee, tea, and freshly squeezed fruit drinks will also be available.

The website also requires the recording of the time of delivery or pickup. Orders will be delivered by delivery staff members. If customers want to pick up the order themselves they need to clearly elect a particular shop location for picking up the order.
