The FDA wants to introduce a new label that would show the carbon footprint of companies and their products for consumers under most nutritional labeling. To regulate this into the Fair Packaging & Food Labeling act it will need to be voted on in congress.

The service will need a level of service support, what are the levels of customer service needed to launch and support this new business service if passed into law? Where should the FDA locate customer service centers? How many would they need and what services will be provided? Who will pay for this?
