The final capstone project of your Advanced Leadership course is to write a 3-5 page research paper on theories of group dynamics and effective teamwork. These can be theories discussed in the course, or theories that you have found interesting through your own research. Your paper should adequately summarize the hallmarks of your chosen theories, their pros and cons, and how they appear in today's world. Your paper should be written in APA format, using at least 5 citations from peer-reviewed journal articles. You can start your paper with an introduction to your personal reflection on you own group's processes and development. Your reflection should be a combination of the personal reflections you've written at the conclusion of each module, which include: 1. Situations where you had to advocate for a point of view. 2. How you used emotional intelligence to negotiate with others during a conflict. 3. How your group developed through the project. 4. Situations where you provided valuable feedback. 5. Examples of how your group collaborated. 6. How you used inclusive leadership within the project. 7. Examples of how your project served the community. 8.
