The Final Project will involve an interview with an emergency manager at any level of government and discuss some of the following items: The emergency manager's basic background. The leadership challenges the emergency manger experiences as a new hire in the field and his/her expectations while working with senior officials. Identify some of the methods (media/social media) the emergency manager uses to help him/her during a crisis.
