The final script of the project should be talking about the Fair Credit Reporting Act (fcra). The format of the video can be in a variety of formats, including but not limited to, a public service announcement, an infomercial, digital cartoon or other instructor-approved presentation (NO NARRATED POWERPOINTS - zero points). Your video project should present the CONSUMER LAW topic so that viewers would learn the basic elements or fundamentals of that CONSUMER LAW topic. Accordingly, some consumer law basis has to be included in the final product (e.g., public policy, federal or state statute, regulation, case law, etc.).
