Good afternoon, After our chat on the phone yesterday I would like to proceed with an appraisal for our property. We are interested in putting the property up for sale over the next month or so as we are ready to downsize and move to a smaller house in preparation for retirement. As requested here is an outline of the property: Our property is 20 acres, in good condition and is currently running as a hobby farm. We have a couple of cows and chooks and have an agistment agreement for a couple of horses in one of the paddocks. The property has 2 dams, an inground pool (not fenced) and tennis court the 20 acres is broken up into a main house paddock, and 3 other paddocks. We have two water tanks and 24 solar panels. There is a storm water drain (easement) 10m long, running along the rear boundary fence line. The house is two storey's with 6 bedrooms and seperate living areas. The address is 39 Research-Warrandyte Road, Research Victoria 3095. Looking forward to meeting you at the appraisal on Tuesday. Cheers Barry and Shirley
