The first substantive section of the course begins by considering broader ideas about how to regulate the Internet. You have read and discussed different perspectives about how to regulate, if at all. We will revisit these ideas as we look at more specific topics during the course, but this assignment asks you to use the readings and discussion about the nature of regulation and the nature of the Internet to critically examine a current issue, as described below
