Steps:
Sort the rows for each of the MHPOR metrics from lowest to highest. Average the best quartile. Repeat for each metric. Make certain you include all information on the table,
when you sort or you will mess up the data for occupied rooms and for the wage rates.
Once the benchmarks are established for each MHPOR metric, calculate the savings that each hotel will achieve if they were to meet the benchmark, using the wage
rates and occupied room nights inforamation provided.
