The following are the three indicators of continuous improvement success that will be used to evaluate the new performance management system after it has been put into place:

1. Surveys of employee satisfaction: These surveys will be carried out on a regular basis to assess the level of employee satisfaction and their perceptions of the new system's performance.

2. Metrics for performance: We will be keeping track of key performance indicators that relate to both individual and team performance to evaluate how the new system will affect the overall performance of the organization.

3. Retention of Employees the rate of employee turnover will be evaluated to determine whether the new approach is successful in retaining important personnel.

To get the employees and the key stakeholders on board with the necessity of adopting the new performance management system as quickly as possible, the first stage in the implementation process will be to instill a sense of urgency.
