Thus 2 (2 ) A contract was formed when Lubna "said: "Sold Lubna's statement: "I suppose JD400 would be a fair price" is an offer No contract resulted since Lubna never stated she would actually sell the table for JD400 Susan reply: "I will take it, if you will color the table" is a conditional acceptance which will end Lubna's offer
