Join CEO Edwina Johnstone down the hall from the front entrance reception desk in the employee cafeteria for our monthly all-employee meeting. With her will be special guests from the London office, Molly Ramsay, President of European Operations, and John Lord, Executive Vice President of Technlology Services-please make sure to give them a warm welcome since they are visiting from so far away! Edwin's remarks at the meeting will start promptly at 10 am, so be sure to be on-time! The subject of the program for this month is "Making the Most of Our Changing Technology Landscape." To be honest with you, all of us could use the information from this presentation, since we have so many diffrent technology products that we use here at the office, plus all of the devices that we use at home. Also, remember that it is mandatory to arrive by 9:30 for the status updates given by all the major department heads. If you are able to join us at the meeting in-person, great. If you are not going too be able to make it, the meeting will be recorded, and we well play it back on the cafeteria monitors at specific times: the first one will be on Friday, October 20, at 12 pm. Another one will be on Thursday afternoon at 3 pm. And we will play it again on Tuesday, Oct. 24th at 10:30 am. If you are not able to watch any of those broadcasts, the recording will be on the company intranet site for viewing on demand by 1 pm the day of the meeting-just watch it whenever you want. We will also live broadcast the meeting for our field-based staff. Also, if you work from home, you can watch the broadcast. And the employees who work at our satellite offices will also be watching the meeting live. Details about the live broadcast and how to join it are on the company intranet in the usual place.
