TARGET CAPITAL STRUCTURE: The firm's target capital structure is of 30% debt, 20% preferred stock, and 50% equity. THE FIRM CAN ISSUE ANY TYPE OF SECURITY WITHOUT PAYING FLOTATION COSTS.
