Additional information: i. It is expected that the cash balance on 31 May will be RM10,000. The wages may be assumed to be paid within the month they are incurred. iii. It is the company's policy to pay creditors for materials three months after receipt. iv. Debtors are expected to pay two months after delivery.v 10% of the monthly sales are for cash and 90% are sold on credit. vi. Included in the overhead figures is depreciation for motor vehicles. The annual depreciation for the motor vehicles is RM24,000. vii. There is one- month delay in paying the overhead expenses. viii. In June, the company will sell an office furniture costing RM20,000 five years go for RM5,000 cash. The cash is expected to be received in July. ix. A new office equipment will be bought in August costing RM60,000 of which RM20,000 will be paid on delivery and RM20,000 in each of the following two months. It is the company's policy to transfer RM5,000 per month to a fixed deposit account in Bank Islam Berhad. You are required to prepare a cash budget for each of the three months of June, July and August 2022. X
