At that time it was determined to have no salvage value and a useful life of 8 years. The equipment is depreciated using straight line depreciation. 3. The vehicle was purchased on December 1st, 2018. At that time, it was determined to have no salvage value and a useful life of 6 years. The vehicle is depreciated using straight line depreciation. 4. Deposits of $28,000 were received in advance. As at December 31st, 2021 half of these had been earned.
