The following is the description of the Project Management Final Project. Because the final output builds on material developed each week, parts of the project are due each week. Description The team will create a project plan complete with schedule, budget and other project elements as shown in the template. The plan will be for the project proposal completed during the first week and approved by the Instructor. The project plan will be for a current project on which a student is currently working, for one on which the student will soon be working, or an imaginary-practical project. The project plan will use the template provided and add sections as noted in Table-1 below. Project Criteria The project plan will consist at a minimum the following sections as shown below om Table-1 along with the assigned % points of the course grade Team project carries 20% of the course grade. Table-1 (This table will be the first Appendix in the teams project plan. Required parts or sections in the Project Plan Document (MS Word) Percent of the Project 20% In terms of Points Team Member Named - Assigned to: Reviewer Name (Suggest one of the Leads) Project Proposal submission and approval 10.0%
