Target concentrations of 3050ng/ml is usual with average concentrations over 75ng/ml being undesirable. Concentration of 150ng/ml is associated with serious hypotension. Mr. AJ is an 83 year-old male, 56,79kg hypertensive patient to be placed on Lisinopril. Design a dosage regimen for Mr. AJ. Two months into the regimen Mr. AJ complains of fainting spells. He also shows signs of having CHF and his SCR is measured at 2.2mg/dl. Should we make changes in his medication? If yes, what changes should we make and why? If not, why not
