The temperature of evaporation of 5C, the temperature of condensation of 40C same as the temperature of absorption. The generator exit temperature is 100C. Assume the points 5, 7 to be saturated and points 2, 3 to be at equilibrium. Calculate the following: (a) 1-the mass flow rates of the refrigerant, weak and strong solutions. (b) 2- the concentration of strong and weak solution. If the solution heat exchanger effectiveness is 85 %. (c) 3- The temperature and enthalpy at the inlet of the generator (point 3), (d) 4- the COP of this setup.
