The four self-assessments, which include the Leadership Traits Questionnaire, the Leadership Styles Questionnaire, the Followership Questionnaire, and the Conflict Style Questionnaire, have provided me with significant insights and increased my level of self-awareness of my own personal leadership and followership styles.
