The goal is to present a current example of leadership from a published or posted article and provide a critical review. The leadership story should be from the past six months.

In your paper.

1. Identify the leadership challenge/situation.
2. Explain the context.
3. Identify the focal person (or people) in the situation.
4. Identify the key stakeholders in the situation.
5. How was leadership exhibited (good or bad) in the situation?
6. Why was it effective (or not effective) in the situation?
7. How do you explain leadership in this case, with at least five concepts from the class? Tie in some of the leader knowledge, skills, and abilities you have been learning about in this course. For example, did the leader display emotional intelligence? What dimension of EI were displayed? Did the leader manage change effectively according to "Leading Change" by Kotter article? How did the leader set expectations? Was the leader a strategist? Did he/she shape culture, etc.?
