The goal of this project is to provide updated training and onboarding resources for our volunteer coordinator managing the literacy projects. We want to improve upon the onboarding time for volunteers and to increase the volunteer base. Our current median onboarding time is 23 days and needs to be 15 days or lower by the end of the quarter. Our current volunteer base within the literacy projects is 9 and we need at least 15 by the end of the quarter to realize our organization's mission.
