The healthcare industry, especially hospitals, is facing a very real issue with low rates of employee retention. Reasons for high nurse turnover can range from a difficult work environment to lacking team support to inconvenient work schedules.

You are charged with examining the causes for the low morale and developing solutions you would implement as future managers of a team. Your project should present the research you performed on employee retention issues, your proposed solutions and explain the rationale for your thinking.

Your presentation or paper should include:
