The idea of the program is that it takes in the name of a text file and reads it over line by line. Once it has read through the whole text, it creates the output as shown above where the most frequent characters are found, occurring in a specific amount of lines inside the file. Basically, I got some of the code started to get the file open. My idea was to get this program outputting in Python. Thank you!!
