Write down the project you need to complete and in the Next Steps section, detail the specificaction steps you need to take.Section 3 - Next Steps: How am I going to acquire the skills and knowledge? Write down specific action steps you need to take to gain the skills or acquire the skills andknowledge you identified, for example:o Enroll in Dreamweaver 8: Level 1.o Go on informational interviews to find out what skills are needed to become an Analyst I.o Job shadow a student affairs officer; Enroll in the Student Advising Certificate Series.o Talk with your supervisor.Section 4 - Resources: What resources do I need? This is the place to list all of the resources you'll need to complete your goals.o Often a resource may be as simple as getting release time to take a course.o However, other resources you may need include: funds to pay for outside training,education, memberships, conferences; coverage for your duties; temporarily adjusting yourwork schedule; getting support from your supervisor or support network.Section 5 - Time Schedule: What is my time schedule? Write down the date you plan to start working on this goal and the date you plan to finish.o If you are taking a one-day workshop, put down the day of the workshop in both columns.o If you are taking a series of courses (such as for a certificate program), write down the dayof the first class in the start row and the day of the last class in the finish row.Section 6 - Completion: When have I completed each step?
