The industry that I would choose to work in is the one that I currently work in which is Six Flags in St$.$ Louis and have worked at for $16$ years. The reason why I love this industry is because of how many diffrent ways of managemnt styles people bring to the table and I love geeting to learn from all of those. Quality is a big part of the this industry and they way that it is evaluated is how efficant the lines move on a ride, how the food is at all of the restraunt locations and how clean the state of the park is$.$ Quality management is always being done at my job and it is done with evaluations of the employees and they are done $3$ times of the year with one in the spring, one in the summer and one in the fall, so are employees are always knowing how are productand service that we give is actually pleasing the customer.

The first thing that we need to ask ourself is what is quality, The way that I think of what quality is when a product or service meets the expectations and requiremnts that the customer was looking for. When also thinking about quality you need to be asking yourself does the product or service do what it was intended to do$.$ Next, we need to figure out what quality managements role is in this industry and I would say that it very important being that it ensures that all products in the company keep with in a consistance standard. Without these standard there would be no quality and then the customer would not want that service or product which in the end would make a company unsuccessful and potently end the company.

The philosopher and philosophy that I would most align with is both Deming and Juran. I just think the $14$ points of Demings philosophy speak out to the way

I would want to have in a company and the way I would run my buisness. Both philosophers really emphasize on that it places the responsiblitiy for quality on the management not the workers which could stress them out more than what they need to deal with.
