The Inflection Timeline Project spans the first half of the course. In this project, you weave management theory with your own observations and research to form a framework for your own management approach. Along the way, you will assess the usefulness and limitations of prevailing management theories by testing them against community values and personal preferences as you observe the evolving concepts in the nature of work and managing organizations. At each juncture, you will question prevailing wisdom and your own assumptions as you tease out the nuances of managing in turbulent times. In the end, you will identify the promise and peril of your own management framework and craft an annotated timeline that demonstrates how and why you came to your conclusions.
