1. Calculate the deflection curve of the bridge by integration or superposition. Show calculations and deflection values at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the length of the bridge. Indicate maximum deflection value and its location. The calculations will be performed for the angle in which the higher pin diameters and plate thickness were required (same as for the axial, shear and moment diagrams). Use the inertia corresponding to the selected designed beam. The modulus of Elasticity is for structural steel, 200 GPa. 2. Check that the deflections are within L/240.
