The issue of age differences is one I deal with every day, as many younger employees work their way up the ladder and work with older employees. This can lead to the misinterpretation of ideas and opinions, which results in project delays and low-quality products. According to Obikunle (2002) Many of us in the USA, belong to two groups, Gen. Xers were people born between 1961 and 1980 and Nexters were born between 1981 and 2002. which are arguably not as diverse as the last two groups. Most project management problems that have to do with both verbal and nonverbal communication today is as a result of the reluctance of the first two groups to properly understand the differences in their teams' varied composition.
