The KMO value of 0.807 for STQM practices, being higher than the minimum level, indicates that it is an acceptable value. Bartletts test was significant (p-value less than 0.05). For LM practices, the value of KMO being equal to 0.779 indicates its acceptability and Bartletts test was significant since p-value less than 0.05. The value of KMO for QMS equals 0.858 and is taken as an acceptable value. In addition, Bartletts test was significant since p-value is less than 0.05. In addition, the value of KMO for SP being equal to 0.854 is to be treated as an acceptable value. Bartletts test was significant since p-value is less than 0.05. Finally the value of KMO for EMS aspects equals 0.69 which is higher than the minimum level estimated to 0.5 as recommended by Zainudin (2012, p.196). It can be concluded that the highest KMO value is related to QMS aspects while the lowest KMO value is concerned with EMS aspects. Since all the values are acceptable, it is legitimate to proceed with PCA
