The KPI we will use to determine the project's success is monitoring and tracking the fall rates quarterly to assess whether the situation is improving, worsening, or remaining the same. The Benchmarks that we established for this KPI are to keep track of the current literature on the fall rates and track the percentage of falls in the organization to give us an idea of how much progress the HIP has made.

This was my answer for a fall prevention project with a goal to decrease fall by 20% by October 2022, but the evaluator stated that an actual benchmark was not presented. Would you please help me write/ present an actual Benchmark?
