Convince the donors that yours is the best organization to support 

• What does this organization do? What are the goals, mission, and vision of the organization?
• Why do you believe in this organization?
• How is the organization run? Are they funded? Do they use staff or volunteers?
• What needs and challenges are they facing? What kind of support does the organization need?
• Part 2: After you have convinced the potential donors to support the organization, explain what you personally can do to help:
  • What skills or resources do you currently possess that could help your chosen organization and/or cause?
  • How could you volunteer to help? Be specific. Consider tasks like maintaining social media, supporting a fundraising event, creating brochures, and writing letters of advocacy.
  • Who else could be involved in taking these actions?
  • What are the desired outcomes?
