The language is python 3.6. Create a program that asks the user for 6 letter grades. Provide the user with the average of the grades and issue a warning if the grades are either below 0 or above 100. Then ask the user how many grades they have and ask to enter each grade number and again print out an average of the grades entered and issue a warning if the grades are either below 0 r above 100.
