A. Please refer to your egg drop experiment to answer the following: 1. Explain the energy transformations that take place during an egg- drop investigation from the time the container has started being raised to the top of the door frame to the time it finally lands on the floor. Describe the construction of your egg-drop container, explaining the reasoning for your design. If your container succeeded in preventing the egg from breaking, explain why you think it did. If it was not successful, describe a change you would make to improve it. Apply the law of conservation of energy to determine the impact velocity of your egg-drop container (assuming no air resistance and using a door frame height of 2.0 m). As mentioned in the lesson, an egg-drop container is like a helmet for an egg. Do research to find out how the helmets that protect the head are tested. Is there a resemblance to the test you carried out ? Design an egg-drop device that will protect an egg during a 2.0 m fall. To do this, you must apply your knowledge of energy transformations and predict what materials could be used to protect your egg. A typical door frame has a height of 2.0 m. With this in mind, find a safe area to perform vour egg drop. This should be an area where there is no risk of the egg device hitting someone on the way down and an area where there is no risk of damage due to the impact of the fall. (For example, if yvour device is pointy or heavy, it may leave a nice little dent or scratch in the floor! A cushion at the drop point might be a good idea.) Drop the egg in its protective \"helmet.\" Hold the egg in position at the height of a doorway and release. Check to observe if your egg survives the fall intact
