The lecture material in module 10 and the Folger reading describe a relational understanding of how power works. Conflict styles (Module 5) can be seen as forms of power as all of the styles in both conflict styles models help us get what we want. Discuss how the relational model of power contributes to understanding the styles as forms of power.
