The less effective leader I want to mention is actually my current boss. I work as a cook in a senior home and she is the director of culinary services. initially going into the job she seemed vibrant and energetic. Now after two and a half months working there I've come to find it was only one of many bipolar phases. I'm not trying to say that bad leaders have bipolar disorder, but she has a very short temper and tolerance to any sort of mistake regardless if it's fixable or not. if I made her upset, she will ignore you for upwards of an entire workday or more visibly while chatting with everyone else in the kitchen. She is petty, aggressive, lacks understanding, domineering, and belittling to myself as well as other coworkers. These are the traits that make a bad leader and things that I have learned to stay away from when I become a leader myself.
