The lift area is untidy and there are many hazardous items lying around such as machinery and tools that pose a health and safety risk as, if heavy or sharp tools or machines fall or are accidentally knocked over, they can cause severe impact injuries. This risk is particularly high if these tools and machinery are stored at heights or in unstable positions. Tools with sharp edges or moving parts left unattended can cause cuts and lacerations if a person accidentally comes into contact with them.
