The "Lisa" Case

The "Lisa" case pertains to an underage Russian-German girl who was apparently brutally raped by migrants in Germany. The case was widely broadcast in Russia with video accounts of the rape having over one million views on Facebook / Youtube. It even sparked protests in Berlin largely by the Russian emigres who lived there. High-ranking Russian officials accused German authorities of failing to investigate.
