The local hospital has started a COVID vaccination clinic in an unused area of their facility. Because they anticipate substantial demand, they would like to make sure that they have enough capacity to meet it. The process is as follows. Upon arrival, a patient is greeted by a navigator who verifies verbally with the patient that she is coming for a COVID vaccination shot, and directs her to the check-in area.
