The local newspaper is a trusted sources for information on the current news, events, advertising, services, and other important issues. It has provided individuals the ability to receive newspapers weekly, through a paid subscription service done through a mailed envelope. However, they come across many issues with the paid subscription activated through mail. They are in need of a new and updated system to replace their current outdated one. The current system is time consuming and everything is completed manually, while having the new system will make things quicker, save time, and money.

Through the support of an upgraded online system, this new system will enable the company to run more effectively and enhance the subscription service provided. The system will include a website that can be accessed through a browser online and mobile. A billing system will need to be included for subscribers, such as being able to monitor the amount of viewers and subscribers daily. News tabs will be included to lead to certain functions in the website! The news will be ordered from local to national including sports news as well.
