You will select a company and product that people are familiar with. You will need to analyze the external strategic environment (the industry). You will need to analyze the company itself (Resource Base, Business Unit Strategy) you will need to describe their global strategy formation and analyze it in the context of whether you believe it will work for the company over the next 5 years.
