The Management of a famous computer company is in the process of developing a selection plan to choose the best location of it's headquarter in Cairo city. After careful research and study, the company decision-makers developed three decisions based on three locations:

D1: Location A, D2: Location B and D3: and Location C. The success of the selection process depends on the study of the market economical situation. The company's experts found that there are three states of nature, S1: Poor Market, S2: Average Market, S3: Strong Market which yield the following profits to the firm. For Location A and poor market the profit is $100,000. If the market is average then the profit will be $70,000. However if the market is strong then the profit will be $-20,000. As for Location B and poor market the profit is $170,000. If the market is average then the profit will be $130,000. However if the market is strong then the profit will be $-100,000. Finally for Location C, and poor market the profit is $240,000. If the market is average then the profit will be $100,000. However if the market is strong then the profit will be $-200,000.
