The management of examination questions at Science Faculty faces a problem where each question paper must be sent via envelope to the head of department. They must fill out a form either certifying the examination questions or writing comments or suggestions states the questions need to be corrected or revised. The lecturer concerned needs to resubmit the updated examination questions to the head of department for reverification before being sent to the Academic Division for printing purposes.

Based on the statement we can conclude that Science Faculty does not have a centralized database or system that they can easily send the questions and comments online. The current process shows they solely done manually where the examination question will need to be printed out multiple time when there are correction needs to be done which results in wastage of paper and consumption of time.
