The number of sick days they took or the past year are as follows: 12, 4, 15, 3, 11, 8, 6, 8. Let X = the number of sick days they took for the past year. Should the personnel team believe that the mean number is ten?

I am particularly looking for how to obtain the P-value?

I have figured out the T-value: t=(x-u)/(s/sqrt(n)) = -1.12

I know the P-value is 0.300 but, I need to know how to obtain that number?
