Purpose

This assignment aims to measure your ability to analyze a real organization's need for change and apply OD concepts and principles (need for change, impact on individuals, groups, and organization, renewing processes) to that need for change.

Overview

Research is needed to change a real organization. This will prompt you to think critically about the required change, what worked well to move the organization forward, and what did not work, which contributed to the change not accomplishing its intended purpose.

1. In this course, you will research a needed change in a real organization and apply what you learn about organizational development.
