$1.$ Describe three key legislations that affects HR activities in your country. Ensure that amendments and any provisions are included. $(25$ marks$)$

$2.$ Discuss the importance of safety inspections, maintenance, training and other relevant

considerations. $(15$ marks$)$

$3.$ Discuss the ethical dilemmas affecting employees such as sexual harassment, diversity and discrimination. Make recommendations for addressing these issues to create a harmonious environment. $(25$ marks$)$

$4.$ Discuss the termination and resignation procedures and speak to their legal

implications. Offer recommendations t improve the procedures that may reduce labour turnover.
