the more i think about it the more confused i get

i have attached the data set below, i tried running a t test but the p value was too high, also tried running a Welch t test but ran into the same issue. I thought maybe i should run a f test and got a value of 0.00034 but im not sure if thats the correct one. if the F test isnt the correct test to run to compare the two groups can someone please guide me to the correct test and why. i dont need any values just guidance to the correct test and why so i dont fail
